When you have fear or old stories that keep you hidden, playing small, or not speaking your truth, they become blind spots. You are unable to see the possibilities that could flourish if that fear or story were no longer taking up space and blocking your view.  Those blindspots prevent you from seeing that what you want is in your reach-that you have the power to remove them in order to see clearly.

As humans, we are so quick to jump into the goals we want to get after.  But we often forget to pause a moment and look at the fears or stories that may be blinding us and may get in our way from achieving those goals.

Can you take a moment and get real with yourself? Ask yourself this:

  • What fear is creating a blindspot in your life?

  • What story is still clinging on to you?
What is getting in your way?

What came up for you is where your attention and work may need to focus on in order to clear the way.  You have the power within you to eradicate your own blindness.

You are not broken.

You are not your stories.

You are not your fears. It may feel real but it’s not.

Whether you can see it or not, you have the power within you to create a life that has a clear and expansive view. Perhaps in a year from now you can say {I was blind but now, I see.}
